Xiao Yu

Since 2018, Mr. Xiao Yu has served as principal and director of investment for Global Health Science (GHS) Funds. Mr. Yu actively utilizes his 10+ years of finance and fundraising experience to help provide feedback to Microbion regarding its financial operations and is also active in helping to fundraise for the company by utilizing his network both in North America as well as China.

Mr. Yu previously worked in the Healthcare Group of Jefferies Investment Bank in New York, where he participated in multiple IPOs and mergers and acquisitions with transaction value totaling over $1 Billion. Prior to joining Jefferies, Mr. Yu worked at Accenture, serving U.S. government clients and large private clients in implementing large SAP solutions. He also worked as a private equity analyst at Everbright Holdings, conducting in-depth due diligence and research on target companies and industries, and evaluating investment opportunities for several projects. Mr. Yu holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the Stern School of Business from New York University.
